1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND PRICE.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made within a period of 15 calendar days (counted from the day you receive/purchase your order) and are subject to availability. To qualify for exchanges and returns, it is essential to meet the following terms:
•The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the order arrives without the shipping fee being paid, it will not be accepted.
•The garment must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with all tags and respective accessories.
•You must present the receipt if purchased in a physical store. Teresa, essence among threads is responsible for production imperfections.
•The brand is NOT responsible for normal wear and tear due to use or washing of the garment. We recommend reviewing the washing instructions for proper care of garments made from natural fibers.
All returns must be sent to: Av. 9N # 9 - 57 - Cali, Colombia.
NOTE: "Teresa, esencia entre hilos" reserves the right to deny the exchange/return if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
"Teresa, esencia entre hilos" is not responsible for damaged items purchased through third parties.
The following products cannot be returned: Personalized or on sale items.
Please note that purchases made on weekends and Colombian holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you purchase an out-of-stock item, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund.
2. PRODUCT PRICES
The prices indicated on the website include VAT. Please note that our prices DO NOT include shipping costs, which will be reflected at the end of the purchase. Additionally, customs duties and taxes generated by entities from other countries are also excluded. These expenses must be borne by the customer. The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice
